Use case

Getting up to speed in a new job

The first months in a new role involve absorbing a large volume of internal material that exists nowhere else: product architecture, escalation paths, naming conventions, who owns what. Most of it gets re-read rather than learned, because there is no exam forcing retrieval. Loading those documents into a space turns them into short daily recall practice, and because each card keeps the exact passage it came from, you can confirm an answer against the internal doc rather than trusting a generated summary. When a runbook changes, the stored quote no longer matches the source and the card is flagged as drifted rather than quietly continuing to teach you the old procedure.

Drift detection matters more here than anywhere

Internal documentation changes constantly. Stored spans are re-checked against the live source, and quotes that no longer match are flagged on the card quality report instead of being shown as trustworthy.

Share the space with the next hire

A space can be shared with a colleague as viewer or editor, so the onboarding item bank you built is reusable rather than personal.

What it will not do

Confidential material stays your responsibility. Read your employer's policy before uploading internal documents anywhere, including here.
